How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is, and always will be FREE worldwide.

How long until I receive my item?

Shipping & fulfillment usually takes 7 -10 business days, but may be slightly longer due to COVID-19 shipping restrictions.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once we update your order within tracking information you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you don't receive this email, please get in touch with us via the contact page.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from the USA.

Is it safe to process payments through your website?

Yes. We use Stripe and PayPal, the leading international payment providers, to process all payments made on our website. At no point do we have access to your personal data.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Although this is an extremely rare occurrence - packages do sometimes go missing once shipped. Please get in touch with us and we will investigate and resend your order again.

How do I return my item?

Simply send us an email at support@celestia-skin.co with your order number and we will guide you through the steps towards a successful return and refund.
